No refunds will be given. An exception to this is for when the club cancel the event. If the participant wishes to not attend or is asked to leave due to dangerous behaviour for example then no refunds will apply.
Cancellation fees apply to those who cancel within 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of camp, not the first day of the participants arrival. A 50% cancellation fee is applied if cancelled within 48-24 hours of event. full cancellation fee if within 24 hours of the start time.
If you have already paid for the camp and cancel at any time before the camps start time then you will be issued a credit note for a future camp or private session.
